I brought in my 2001 Ram 1500 that had been sitting in a yard for almost 10 years, and the team at Brazos Valley Automotive helped bring it back to life and get it running again. From start to finish, Bobby and Pat were excellent to work with. They were always straightforward about what repairs made sense for the truck and what wasn’t worth spending money on, which I really appreciated. You can tell these guys truly love what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their work and the care they put into every step of the process. It’s hard to find honest mechanics who do great work at a reasonable price, but that’s exactly what we found here. We will absolutely continue using Brazos Valley Automotive for all of our vehicles moving forward. Highly recommend them.

Brazos Valley Automotive is by far the best independent auto repair shop I have used in my 40+ years in College Station. I am completely done with dealerships. Their service is excellent, their explanations are clear and honest, their pricing is fair, and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. I have trusted them with everything from AC and brake work to transmission repairs. Bobby Earle has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

My 1995 Nissan truck is humming. The guys at Brazos Valley Automotive in one day fixed all my concerns and found some I didn’t know. This was my first visit. I needed my air conditioner fixed and the brakes checked. They fixed my a/c and cleaned my brakes. They also found three belts that were in bad shape and replaced them. They also installed a new brake light part which I supplied. A lot of work done in just one day! I’m very pleased.😊

My good ole 2007 Toyota Highlander wouldn’t start. I was able to get it towed to Brazos Valley Automotive and Bobby quickly diagnosed it with a bad starter and took care of it for a reasonable cost. He also let me know of another smaller problem he noticed and said he could take care of it and quoted me a price for it, but said it should be a pretty straightforward fix if I wanted to do it myself. He even showed me what exactly he was talking about when I picked up my car. Happy to have found this place and I will def be using them for all my mechanic needs in the future!

Was recommended here from sevciks service center initially for a headlight replacement. for reference i drive a 2012 nissan maxima. mechanic originally ordered the wrong headlight, so had to make two trips. when i took it back the second time i asked him to check the sound it was making. he replaced my headlight, belt alternator, and wheel hub. on my drive to HOUSTON my belt SNAPPED if i kept driving it would’ve ruined my engine. i had to TOW it and took it to my mechanic back home and took him forever to find the problem. a few weeks after he replaced my the headlight, now i have wires floating that should be connected to a light. i spent over $1000 for everything just for my car to be in worst shape i am so disappointed because there are so many good reviews but this was not my experience at all i will not be going back.
